“High Powered Floor Restoration has been working with Hutchinson Builders for several years. I have used them as my preferred carpet drying and restoration company for a period of 2 years.
During this time I have found that their work is of a superior standard by comparison to most companies in the same industry. The manner in which they conduct the restoration process is with the utmost professionalism, their knowledge is second to none and I have found them to be extremely reliable. They have successfully restored a multi level building in the Brisbane CBD for me. A total of 22 levels become flooded entirely when the building fire mains pipe broke and leeched several thousands of litres of water on to the carpet which proceeded from floor to floor. This building was near completion and with handover imminent the pressure was on to have the area dried and restored promptly. The area was dried quickly and without delay. After the removal and cleaning process there was no carpet on any floors that was required to be replaced. High Powered were able to salvage all carpet back to its original condition due to their experience and also their prompt response time. The building handover occurred on the due date.

The furnishings in my home needed protection from the sun and High Powered’s upholstery products have excellent UV filters. They treated my furniture 5 years ago and it still looks as good as new. The floor-to-sealing glass windows in the new building leaked and caused damage to our carpets. The High Powered team came in after hours; monitored the leaks and dried the carpet. They managed to restore the carpet and saved me having to replace it.
On another occasion, they cleaned grout from our floor tiles; cleaned the tiles, and sealed them.
They also routinely clean and Teflon-coat our carpets. The Teflon coating really works wonders and means we don’t have to clean the carpets as often as we used to.
